Every time I see that line posted somewhere I cringe. It is evident that people do not realize that absolutely everything we do and every business we are engaged in is "network marketing". Your net worth is in your network. Isn't that exactly how it goes?

When you tell a friend that there is sale at Wal-mart or Bloomingdale's for that matter and they go to the store, take advantage of the sale and the stores benefit. The only problem with this is that neither Wal-mart nor Bloomingdale's is going to pay you a dime for your efforts, yet you are smiling all the way to next opportunity to buy, to share and to not get paid for it.
The cashier at the store is in multi-level marketing because she sells you the product and then get's paid for ringing up your merchandise with a smile. She get's paid, the stores get paid, the suppliers get paid, the manufacturers get paid.That sounds like multi-levels to me.
I think the people who use such statements may have had an unfavorable experience with network marketing but that doesn't mean the industry is taboo. It could mean that they weren't willing to do the work. It could mean that they had some personal development issues to work on before they could become a great network marketer. I know I did. I had to come into the knowledge of who I am; I had to have confidence in my ability to achieve; I had to change my mindset from selling to serving; I had to learn that I deserved to prosper. All these things affect your personal prosperity in whatever field of work you choose, whether network marketing or being employed by someone else. I struggled in Direct Sales/Network Marketing/MLMs for years until I learned that the key is to market your product or service to people that WANT them and are WILLING to pay for them. Too often we try to market to people we think NEED our products or to FAMILY and FRIENDS.That doesn't work and we quickly find this out. Why doesn't it work? It doesn't work because people don't buy what they NEED; people buy what they want. Friends & Family still see you as the little kid you once were with all your big daydreams. They think you are "dreaming again" and that you will "snap out of it" soon enough. They think this thing you're into is only temporary so they just brush you off until you come to your senses.
But people who have made money in the industry give you a very different view and solid advice. In
fact, some even recommend network marketing. Now let me say that I agree with the statement that in recruiting new marketers, you should not make "outlandish promises of easy money" because anything you do to earn money requires work. The person who is looking for the "easy money" angle is not a good team member. With having said that, I do believe that when you are marketing in an area you love, the work is actually "easy".

I have finally found such an answer to my own network marketing prayers. I know what I want and I'm going for it. There are too many witnesses ahead of me who have done exactly what I'm desiring to do. I've set my goal, I have a strategy and an action plan. In the words of Zig Ziglar (one of my favorite people), "You can have anything you want IF you are willing to help enough other people get what they want." Notice the word WANT. NEED has nothing to do with marketing your product/service. We are driven by our wants, not our needs.
I'd like to give you the opportunity to form your own opinion about this industry. here is a testimony I'd like to share with you:
TESTIMONY FROM THE LIONESS:
When i heard about TLC products i was a bit sceptical as i had tried many products but they did not work. Eventually a lady convinced me to try the tea out and i did so for 2 weeks. You cannot argue with results. Within those 2 weeks i had lost so much weight to the extent that i had to buy new undergarments as they kept falling.Lol. Those trousers in the pic were so tight on me and now i cant wear them at all. All i can say is WHOOHOOOO!!!!

Every single one of our teammates has the same testimony as these two. ISuccess begins in the mine and if go into the business with the mindset that you will win, then you will. If you go in with the mindset, that you will just wait and see, you won't see anything good because what you are actually saying is, "I don't believe it. Prove it." That, my friends, is a negative mindset and will only bring you failure.
We have decided to work as a team to row the business. The products deliver what they say they will. Our compensation plan gives us 5 streams of income. It's a binary compensation plan which makes it all the more wonderful to work and earn together. We are on the winning team! And that's a fact.
